Faith Enroll

Program Description

Families participating in our Faith Formation Program should be registered and participating members of Seven Holy Founders Parish, or registered parishioners of a parish without a religious education program. We define “participating” as supporting the parish spiritually, physically and financially. Toward this goal, we request that each family attend Mass weekly, volunteer in the Faith Formation Program, or other parish activity, and meet their financial obligations.

Children of non-registered families will be welcomed with permission from their Pastor to participate in the program.

New students must present a copy of their baptismal certificates. Registration is not complete without this copy.

Seven Holy Founders PSR is held on Monday evenings starting at 6:30pm and ends at 7:45pm.

All students need to be registered at the same time to get the multi sibling discount

  • 1 Student - $175.00

  • 2 Students - $275.00

  • 3+ Students - $350.00

Non-Refundable Family Registration Fee - $25

Payment Options: OPTION 1: Pay In Full or OPTION 2: Payment Plan If you choose Payment Plan, you will pay a $55 down payment at the time of registration and your balance will be divided over 4 monthly invoices which will automatically charge the credit card you used at the time of registration until paid in full.
